Description
SC-16 fabric is a lamination of plain weave fiberglass fabric and aluminum foil. Yarns are "E" Grade high bulk fiberglass with a low twist for smooth consistant weave. Fabric is heat treated. Coated with propietary, sacrificial (<2% by weight) organic resin to retard dusting and fiber release. Foil thickness 1 mil.

Uses
Heat reflective sleeve for tubing and hoses on air conditioning, brake, fuel, vacuum, coolant, windshield washer lines. Can be used over convoluted tubing.

Sewn with 5 thread overedge stitch using Nomex® thread for strength and durability.
